- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the refund request form. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the product is faulty or not as described in our product description, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.
- If we sent the wrong item, we’ll resend your correct order no questions asked.
- Refund doesn’t apply to abuse or extreme cases of neglect.
- We do not refund for long shipping time. Please refer to Shipping Policy for more information about Shipping time.
